No account, no server data
SorotFlow doesn't have accounts, and Sigarda doesn't store your recordings or personal data on any server. There is nothing for us to delete on our side, and no request form to fill in. Everything below happens on your own device.
1. Delete your recordings
- Individual recordings: open SorotFlow › Gallery, select one or more recordings (long-press to multi-select) and tap Delete.
- Copies in your phone's Gallery: if Also save to Gallery was on, copies are also in
Movies/Sorot(videos) andPictures/Sorot(screenshots, frames and GIFs). Delete them with your Gallery or Files app.
2. Delete all app data at once
Choose one:
- Clear data: Android Settings › Apps › SorotFlow › Storage › Clear data. This deletes all recordings stored in the app and resets every setting.
- Uninstall: uninstalling SorotFlow removes the app and everything in its folder.
Copies saved to your Gallery are not removed by either option; delete those as described above. If Android backup is on, your settings may also be in your Google account backup, which you can manage in Android Settings › Google › Backup.
3. Reset or delete your advertising ID
Ads in SorotFlow are provided by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID. To reset it or delete it:
- Open Android Settings › Google › Ads (on some devices: Settings › Privacy › Ads).
- Tap Reset advertising ID to get a new one, or Delete advertising ID to stop apps from using it.
Data Google already holds is handled under the Google Privacy Policy; you can review it at Google's data & privacy page.
4. Withdraw or change ad consent
If you were asked for consent to personalized ads (for example in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland), you can change your choice at any time:
- Open SorotFlow.
- Go to Settings › Ad privacy choices.
- Update or withdraw your consent in Google's privacy form.
5. Emails you sent us
If you contacted support and want your messages deleted, email [email protected] from the same address and ask us to delete them. We'll confirm when it's done.
