These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sigarda (“we”, “us”) for your use of the SorotFlow app for Android (“SorotFlow”, “the app”). By installing or using SorotFlow you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Your license to use SorotFlow
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SorotFlow on Android devices you own or control, for personal or business purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you got it from (such as Google Play).
You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows. SorotFlow, its name, logo and design belong to Sigarda. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the app under Settings › About & privacy › Open-source licenses.
2. What you record is your responsibility
SorotFlow is a tool. You own the recordings you make and you are responsible for them. In particular, you agree to:
- Respect copyright. Only record, edit and share content you have the right to use. Recording films, shows, music, games or other protected works may require the rights holder's permission.
- Respect privacy. Get consent before recording other people, calls, meetings or private conversations where the law requires it, and follow the laws on recording that apply where you are.
- Not use the app unlawfully, for example to harass anyone, capture someone's credentials, or break an app's or service's terms.
Protected content. Some apps (for example streaming, banking and DRM-protected apps) block screen capture. Android records them as a black screen and may mute their audio. SorotFlow respects these protections and does not attempt to bypass them.
3. Free version, ads and watermark
SorotFlow is free to use. The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob and adds a small watermark to recordings. Ads are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Future paid features
We may offer a paid version or paid features in the future, for example to remove ads or the watermark. Prices, payment and refunds will be handled by the app store you buy through (such as Google Play) and shown to you before you pay. Anything you have already been able to do for free will not be taken away retroactively without notice.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue features of SorotFlow at any time. Some features depend on your device and Android version (for example, internal audio needs Android 10 or newer). We do not guarantee that the app will work on every device.
6. No warranty
SorotFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that every recording will be complete. Please keep backups of recordings that matter to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigarda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, recordings, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use SorotFlow. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or IDR 0 if you used only the free version. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Ending these Terms
You can stop using SorotFlow at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you seriously breach these Terms. Sections 2, 6, 7 and 10 continue to apply after the Terms end.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using SorotFlow after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably; if that fails, they will be resolved by the competent courts of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
